Organic is better for you and the environment, Since no herbicides and pesticides are used. Organic tastes better, has more nutrients, and is not covered in toxic chemicals. Unfortunately it is usually more expensive due to higher production costs and lower farming yields. If you can afford the extra cash then its definitely a better option. If not, just be sure to wash your fruit and veggies well before you eat them.

It is your decision. No one can *tell* you to stop eating meat, it’s your choice. Personally I don’t eat any animal products. Meat and dairy is full of pesticides, herbicides, hormones and antibiotics. These are usually found in higher concentrations in meat, since most chemicals and pollutants are bioaccumulative (ie. they accumulate in higher concentrations the further up the food chain). Fish often have high concentrations of heavy metals due to the high levels of pollution in oceans and bioaccumulative effects. Eggs, may vary but if you insist on eating them I would try and find organic and free range eggs.

There are plenty of vitamins and minerals in a vegetarian or vegan diet. If you are really concerned you can buy multi-vitamins. But nothing beats the natural source from a well balanced diet of fruits, nuts and vegies.
