I know the FDA has strict guidelines on how certified organic food is grown and handled here in the U.S. But I was shopping at Whole Foods, saw some “organic” zucchini from Mexico, and was just wondering if it has to follow the same guidelines to be sold as organic food here, even though it was grown there.
