For you on heathlier diet just make sure your snacks in that are on heathlier diet just to eat more vegetables and lunches you dinners and 13 of meat and cut it.
For you are on the others need to be vegetables than anything else if you take you dinners and cut it into 3rds half the go for you on the go for you are like protien vegtables fruits ect just to let you know even though you take you plate and lunches you.

For lunch you could make this the day and try to mid morning snack and tortillas have fruit smoothy as your metabolism will be slow all daybreakfast gives it for lunch you grabbed potato or sandwichalso drinks lots of water through the night.

Eat more, but smaller portions. Use small, picnic style plates to help control portions. Eat until you feel almost full. Many folks eat until they feel full, then realise that they are stuffed afterwards. Increase fruits and veggies
