Molly asked:
Okay so I’m 18 and I live with my mom, dad, and brother (16). and this winter we’ve all seemed to pack on a few pounds. So I was wondering what would be a good way to establish a family diet plan. I don’t even know where to start. We’re all working out together but I just don’t know how to get us eating healthier. We eat a lot of hamburger helper and stuff, and we always have a vegetable as part of a meal. I know that a good idea would be to go vegetarian but that’s not really an option.

So if anyone has any suggestions that would be so helpful! thanks so much!
