FACT – Did you know that most foods labeled as “sugar free” or “low-carb” actually contain artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols, and other additives that create a hormonal mess inside your body, actually stimulating your body to STORE more belly fat and stimulate cravings! And foods labeled “whole grain” only have to contain a small fraction of whole grains where the majority can still be refined starches and sugars that spike your blood sugar faster than a sugar-laden soda
I found this from a article online
does that mean eating organic food that dont put
anything artifical in them would be better

I am currently paying $16 per 6 lb bag of Halo Dry Cat Food from my local organic store. I thought it would be cheaper to buy online, but so far, I have only found higher prices and most of the stores online are actually just reselling through PETCO. I read a comment on a review that you could buy 20 lb bags somewhere – which would be great, but I can’t find anything more than 3 and 6 lb bags.
Where can I buy direct and in bulk? Please help me find Halo Dry Cat Food (chicken or salmon flavor) for less than $16 / 6 lb bag ($2.67/lb).

Hi all…been a while
I need to know where I can find fig leaves. I have a dish from the Caribbean that requires it and I’d love to know if there are any places online or elsewhere? I live in PA if that will help some.
Do you think organic stores like Whole Foods may have them?
Any ideas are welcome!!

I read Skinny ***** and now I want to eat vegan and organic. But it is so expensive. I went to the websites that they give in their book and there is no freaking way I can afford this. And there is no health food stores around where I live so I am gonna have to buy all my food from Walmart or Kroger. And I am buying food for a family of 3.
